GHR Fellows Program

The GHR Fellows Program is a competitive four-year full-tuition scholarship and leadership-development program for incoming University of St. Thomas students pursuing business degrees. Fellows participate in a cohort experience that includes fully funded study abroad, individualized career coaching, service learning, social entrepreneurship, leadership development, and access to senior business and community leaders.

Eligibility

  • Be an incoming first-year undergraduate student at the University of St. Thomas.
  • Plan to pursue a business degree.
  • Demonstrate academic achievement.
  • Preference is given to students with a high school GPA of 3.7 or higher.
  • Demonstrate leadership and service.
  • Embody the mission and values of the University of St. Thomas.
  • Model the values of the GHR Foundation.

Requirements

  • Apply for admission to the University of St. Thomas.
  • Complete the separate GHR Fellows Scholarship application through the St. Thomas Admissions Application Portal.
  • Complete all required written application responses.
  • Attend GHR Fellows Scholarship Day if selected as a finalist.

How to Apply

  1. 1Apply to the University of St. Thomas through the St. Thomas Application or Common App.
  2. 2Complete the GHR Fellows Scholarship application in the Admissions Portal.
  3. 3Submit the scholarship application by January 8, 2027.
  4. 4If selected as a finalist, attend the GHR Fellows Scholarship Day on February 27, 2027.
  5. 5Final scholarship recipients are scheduled to be announced in March 2027.
