The Georgia ProStart Invitational is a statewide team competition for Georgia high school students enrolled in participating ProStart culinary arts and hospitality management programs. Students demonstrate culinary or restaurant-management skills while competing for educational scholarships and the opportunity to represent Georgia at the National ProStart Invitational.

Eligibility

  • Be enrolled in a participating Georgia high school ProStart program.
  • Participate as a member of an eligible culinary or restaurant-management team.
  • Meet all school, ProStart, and competition eligibility requirements.
  • Be selected or registered for participation through the student's ProStart educator and school.

Requirements

  • Participate on a registered Georgia ProStart culinary or management team.
  • Complete all competition forms and permissions required by the school and event organizers.
  • Prepare for the applicable culinary or restaurant-management competition.
  • Attend and participate in the statewide Georgia ProStart Invitational.
