Eligibility

• Be a graduating high school senior.
• Be a United States citizen.
• Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited four-year college or university.
• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrate leadership, integrity, drive, and citizenship.

Requirements

• Submit recommendation materials if required.
• Complete any finalist requirements if selected.
