- Preference is given to students planning to return to Sidney Health Center or the Richland County area after completing their education.
Requirements

- Provide three recommendation surveys.
- Submit a typed, double-spaced 250-word essay explaining why you chose healthcare and how your education will help enhance patient care at Sidney Health Center.
- Provide a financial-need statement with anticipated expenses.
