Eligibility

  • Be an enrolled member of the Fort Peck Tribes.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED/HiSET.
  • Be accepted into a regionally accredited postsecondary institution.
  • Be Pell Grant eligible.
  • Actively pursue an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree.
  • Continuing applicants must have at least 12 completed credits with a minimum 2.0 GPA on the incoming transcript.

Requirements

  • Complete the Higher Education Scholarship Application and Need Assessment Form.
  • Submit the most recent unofficial college transcript, if applicable.
  • Submit a Certificate of Indian Blood.
  • Submit a copy of a high school diploma or GED/HiSET documentation.
  • Submit an acceptance letter from the college.
  • Complete the Education Department's required online financial-literacy training.
  • Submit the Financial Needs Analysis form.
  • Veterans seeking preference must provide DD-214 Member 4 documentation showing an honorable discharge.
