Eligibility

  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident at application; Arizona resident for two full years before university entry.
  • Arizona high-school senior planning ASU, NAU or University of Arizona attendance.
  • Recommended academic profile: unweighted GPA 3.5 and top 5% rank where reported. Qualifying ACT 26 or SAT 1230 required; meaningful leadership and involvement.

Requirements

  • Student application due October 13, 2026 at 5 p.m. Arizona time. Recommendations and counselor report due October 27.
  • Two essays, one short answer, academic and leadership/service recommendations, counselor transcript/profile and qualifying test score.
  • Interview if selected. Renewal requires cumulative GPA 3.2 and program participation.
