Eligibility

  • Be a graduating high school senior.
  • Reside in an eligible EFCU Financial service-area parish.
  • Eligible parishes include East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, and St. Helena.
  • Plan to pursue higher education after high school.
  • Meet any additional eligibility requirements established for the current Level Up Scholarship cycle.
