EANGMT/USAA Scholarship

The EANGMT/USAA Scholarship supports members and families of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Montana pursuing postsecondary education. Two one-time scholarships are awarded annually, including one to an Army Guard applicant and one to an Air Guard applicant.

Eligibility

  • Be a current annual or lifetime member of EANGMT, the spouse of an eligible member, or an unmarried dependent age 23 or younger.
  • Spouses and unmarried dependents age 23 or younger of deceased current annual or lifetime EANGMT members may also qualify.
  • Previous EANGMT/USAA Scholarship winners are not eligible to receive the scholarship again.

Requirements

  • Complete the EANGMT/USAA Scholarship application.
  • Submit a current academic transcript.
  • Provide several short paragraphs addressing educational and life goals, community service, and accomplishments.
  • Submit a letter of recommendation.

How to Apply

  2. 2Complete the current scholarship application.
  3. 3Prepare the requested short written responses.
  4. 4Obtain a current transcript and recommendation.
  5. 5Submit or postmark the complete application by March 15.
