Eligibility

  • Be a Valley County graduate.
  • Be enrolled in a medically related program.
  • Be at least a second-year student.
  • Have a GPA of at least 3.0.

Requirements

  • Complete the online FMDH Foundation scholarship application.
  • Submit your most recent official or unofficial college transcript.
  • Submit two letters of recommendation.
  • Submit a minimum one-page single-spaced essay explaining why you are pursuing a healthcare career and how the scholarship would help you achieve your goals.
  • Repeat applicants must submit new recommendation letters and a new essay.
