Eligibility

  • Be a graduate of a Montana high school or an FMDH employee.
  • Be pursuing nursing education or education that advances your nursing career.
  • If not already a registered nurse, be at least a second-year student.
  • Have a GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Preference may be given to nurses working toward professional certification such as CNOR.

Requirements

  • Complete the online FMDH Foundation scholarship application.
  • Submit your most recent official or unofficial college transcript.
  • Submit two letters of recommendation.
  • Submit a minimum one-page single-spaced healthcare-career essay.
  • Repeat applicants must submit new recommendation letters and a new essay.
