David E. West Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility

• Attend Princeton University, Rider University, The College of New Jersey, or Mercer County Community College.
• Be a journalism major and/or staff member of a campus news publication.
• Not have received a New Jersey Press Foundation scholarship during the immediately preceding award year.

Requirements

• Submit the completed application and transcripts for all completed college coursework.
• Provide three samples of journalistic writing.
• Submit an autobiographical statement of no more than 500 words describing journalistic skills, achievements, and career interest.
