Dacotah Bank Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a high school senior.
• Plan to attend a higher education institution in South Dakota, North Dakota, or Minnesota.
• Have the student or the student's immediate family maintain a qualifying relationship with Dacotah Bank.
• Qualifying relationships may include being a primary or secondary owner on a Dacotah Bank deposit account.
• Qualifying relationships may include being a primary owner or co-owner on a Dacotah Bank loan account.
• Qualifying relationships may include being the primary owner of an eligible insurance policy.
• Qualifying relationships may include having an agency agreement with Dacotah Bank's Trust and Wealth Management department.

Requirements

• Complete the annual Dacotah Bank Scholarship application.
• Provide information documenting the qualifying Dacotah Bank relationship.
• Provide high school and postsecondary education information.
• Complete all required scholarship essay or written-response sections.
• Submit all additional materials requested in the annual application.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm that you are a graduating high school senior.
2. 2Confirm plans to attend a higher education institution in South Dakota, North Dakota, or Minnesota.
3. 3Verify that you or an immediate family member has an eligible Dacotah Bank deposit, loan, insurance, or Trust and Wealth Management relationship.
4. 4Download and complete the current Dacotah Bank Scholarship application.
5. 5Complete all required written responses.
6. 6Gather any supporting materials identified in the annual application.
7. 7Submit the complete application before the published deadline.
8. 8If selected, provide any school information required for scholarship payment before the fall term.
