The Connie Minetor Memorial Scholarship supports Full and Supporting Members of the Minnesota Government Engineering Council who are pursuing an engineering or land surveying degree, an advanced degree, or additional work-related education and training. The scholarship honors Connie Minetor, MGEC's first female president.

Eligibility
- Be a Full or Supporting Member of the Minnesota Government Engineering Council.
- Be pursuing an engineering or land surveying degree, an advanced degree, or qualifying additional work-related education or training.
- Current MGEC Board Members are not eligible.
- Previous recipients may apply for the scholarship again in a future cycle.
Requirements
- Complete the Connie Minetor Memorial Scholarship application.
- Provide information about the degree, course, training, or professional education being pursued.
- Submit a transcript when required by the current application.
- Complete all required written responses.
- Provide proof of payment for qualifying education or training if selected for reimbursement.
