Connexus Energy Foundation Scholarship

The Connexus Energy Foundation Scholarship supports high school students from Connexus Energy member families pursuing education at accredited colleges, universities, vocational-technical schools, and trade schools. Scholarships are offered through qualifying public, private, and charter schools, as well as opportunities for homeschool students and students attending the Connexus Energy Annual Meeting.

Eligibility

  • Have a parent or guardian who is a Connexus Energy member.
  • Plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution with recognized 501(c)(3) status.
  • Public-school applicants must attend a qualifying school located within the Connexus service territory or a school whose attendance boundary includes at least 1,000 Connexus members.
  • Private and charter school applicants must attend a qualifying school located within the Connexus service territory with a graduating class of at least 20 students.
  • Homeschool applicants must provide proof of homeschooling through a transcript, diploma, or enrollment verification form.
  • Annual Meeting scholarship applicants must attend the Connexus Energy Annual Meeting and enter the scholarship drawing; both the student and Connexus member must be present to win.

  • Public, private, and charter school students must follow the scholarship application process established by their individual school or scholarship committee.
  • Homeschool students must provide proof of homeschooling.
  • Annual Meeting scholarship applicants must attend the meeting with the qualifying Connexus member and enter the scholarship drawing.
