Eligibility

  • Be a high school senior in a Connections Bank banking area or community.
  • Plan to enroll at a four-year university.
  • Meet all requirements contained in the current Connections Bank College Scholarship application.
  • To receive the second-year $500 installment, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA during the first year while enrolled as a full-time student.

Requirements

  • Complete the Connections Bank College Scholarship application.
  • Provide high school GPA and class rank information.
  • Provide ACT score information when applicable.
  • Provide information about the college or university the applicant plans to attend.
  • List high school, church, and community activities and honors.
  • List other college scholarships already received or expected.
  • Submit a typed essay addressing how the scholarship will help the applicant and their family, the applicant's intended major, and how the scholarship will help the applicant achieve their life goals.
  • Submit a recommendation letter from a high school teacher, counselor, or administrator.

How to Apply
