Community Health Alliance High School Healthcare Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a graduating senior attending high school in Lake, Mineral, Missoula, or Ravalli County.
• Have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Plan to pursue a health-related career.
• Have applied or be in the process of applying to an accredited college, university, or postsecondary program.

Requirements

• Complete the scholarship application.
• Submit an official transcript through authorized school personnel.
• Submit two signed letters of recommendation.
• Complete the required student essay.
