The Colorado Opportunity Fund (COF) provides a tuition stipend for eligible Colorado residents attending participating public colleges and universities. Students must apply for and authorize the stipend through their college to receive the benefit.

Eligibility

  • Be classified as an eligible Colorado resident.
  • Attend a participating Colorado public institution or other eligible institution.
