The Colorado Opportunity Fund (COF) provides a tuition stipend for eligible Colorado residents attending participating public colleges and universities. Students must apply for and authorize the stipend through their college to receive the benefit.

Eligibility
- Be classified as an eligible Colorado resident.
- Attend a participating Colorado public institution or other eligible institution.
- Apply for and authorize the Colorado Opportunity Fund stipend.
- Meet all residency and enrollment requirements established by the Colorado Department of Higher Education.
