Eligibility

  • Be an enrolled member of a federally recognized U.S. Tribe or Alaska Native village.
  • Be pursuing an undergraduate degree, graduate degree, vocational certificate, or approved professional program.
  • Attend or plan to attend an accredited U.S. institution.
  • Demonstrate financial need.

Requirements

  • Complete the Cobell Scholarship Program application through the OASIS portal.
