Eligibility

• Be a graduating high school senior.
• Live within the Citizens Electric Corporation service territory.
• Have a parent or legal guardian who is a current member of Citizens Electric Corporation.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.5.

Requirements

• Complete the Citizens Electric Corporation scholarship application in full.
• Submit a copy of the applicant's high school transcript.
• Submit one letter of recommendation from someone outside the school system.
• Submit either a 500- to 750-word essay or a two-minute video addressing the required leadership prompt.
• Provide information about scholastic achievements.
• Provide information about extracurricular school activities.
• Provide information about community service involvement.
• Provide information about intended major or training emphasis and career goals.

3. 3Obtain a copy of the applicant's high school transcript.
