ChoiceOne Bank Scholarship Program

Eligibility

• Be a graduating high school senior, GED recipient, or homeschool student with documentation of high school equivalency and college eligibility during the application year.
• Be from a community served by ChoiceOne Bank in West, Central, or Southeast Michigan.
• Plan to attend an accredited Michigan college in the fall following graduation.
• Plan to pursue a certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
• ChoiceOne Bank employee family members may qualify for a separate employee-family scholarship award.

Requirements

• Complete the online ChoiceOne Bank Scholarship application.
• Submit a community service essay of 500 words or fewer.
• Submit a high school or homeschool transcript, or qualifying GED documentation.
• Submit all required application materials by the published deadline.

How to Apply

1. 1Review the current ChoiceOne Bank Scholarship Program eligibility requirements.
2. 2Complete the online scholarship application.
3. 3Write an essay of no more than 500 words explaining what community service means personally.
4. 4Describe a community service experience, why you became involved, who benefited, and what you personally gained from the experience.
5. 5Upload or submit the required high school, homeschool, or GED documentation.
6. 6Submit the completed application and supporting materials by the annual deadline.
