The CHESLA Certificate Scholarship provides financial assistance to Connecticut residents enrolled in eligible healthcare, manufacturing, or Connecticut ARC teaching certificate programs at participating Connecticut institutions.

Eligibility
- Be a resident of Connecticut.
- Be enrolled at least half-time.
- Be enrolled in an eligible healthcare, manufacturing, or Connecticut ARC teaching certificate program.
- Attend an eligible Connecticut public or nonprofit degree-granting institution.
- Be in good academic standing and making satisfactory academic progress.
- Not be in default on any CHESLA loan.
Requirements
- Complete the CHESLA Certificate Scholarship application.
- Provide one letter of recommendation.
- Submit any enrollment or academic documentation requested.
