Eligibility

  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Attend an eligible Minnesota State college or university.
  • College applicants may be enrolled in an A.A., A.S., A.A.S., A.F.A., diploma, certificate, or Minnesota Transfer Curriculum program designed to transfer to a baccalaureate program.
  • College applicants must not have already earned a baccalaureate degree.
  • Minnesota residency is not required for eligible Minnesota State college students.
  • University applicants must be enrolled full time in an undergraduate-level program of study.
  • University scholarships are not limited solely to students with the highest academic rank.

Requirements

  • Complete the financial aid application process required by the student's Minnesota State college or university.
  • Demonstrate financial need according to the institution's financial aid process.
  • Complete any additional campus-specific scholarship requirements.
  • College recipients must meet with an advisor during the semester of the award to create a baccalaureate degree-completion plan.

How to Apply
