Eligibility

  • Be a Delaware resident.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Be enrolled full time in an eligible bachelor's degree program.
  • Attend an accredited Delaware public or private college or university.
  • Pursue an approved major leading to a high-need career in Delaware.
  • Complete the FAFSA for the applicable academic year by the scholarship deadline.
  • Meet all additional Delaware Higher Education Office requirements.
