Eligibility

  • Be at least 30 years old.
  • Be a Maine resident.
  • Demonstrate financial need for education or training.
  • Have a definite plan to use the proposed education or training for career advancement, entry into a new career field, or re-entry into the workforce.
  • Be qualified for and officially accepted into the proposed accredited program or course of study.

  • Provide evidence of acceptance into the program.
  • Submit all required supporting materials.
