CAPTRUST Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be at least 16 years old at the time of entry.
• Be a student in the United States.
• Be enrolled full time pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited college, university, or vocational school for the applicable academic year.
• Incoming freshmen through college seniors are eligible.
• Have an unweighted cumulative GPA of at least 3.7.
• Be actively enrolled during the semester in which the scholarship award will be received.
• CAPTRUST employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Previous CAPTRUST Scholarship winners may not win again.

Requirements

• Complete the official CAPTRUST Scholarship application.
• Submit a valid high school or college transcript showing at least a 3.7 unweighted GPA.
• Complete four original essay responses addressing personal goals, accomplishments, career goals, and community impact.
• Keep each essay response at or below 200 words.
• Submit only original work that complies with CAPTRUST's prohibition on AI-generated scholarship submissions.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm full-time undergraduate or eligible vocational-school enrollment.
2. 2Verify that your unweighted cumulative GPA is at least 3.7.
3. 3Obtain a current transcript.
4. 4Draft original responses to the four required essay categories.
5. 5Keep each response within the 200-word limit.
6. 6Complete the official online application as early as possible after the application window opens.
7. 7Upload the transcript and essay responses.
8. 8Submit before November 30 or before the cycle reaches its 2,500 eligible-submission limit.
