Calhoun County Farm Bureau Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a high school senior, college student, or trade school student accepted by a postsecondary institution.
• Be a Regular or Associate Member of Calhoun County Farm Bureau, be related to a Regular or Associate Member, or be nominated by a Regular Member.
• Applicants using the nomination pathway must submit a signed one-page nomination letter from a Regular Calhoun County Farm Bureau member.
• Enroll full-time for the fall semester with at least 12 credit hours or the equivalent.
• Preference is given to students planning careers in or directly related to agriculture.
• College, community college, and trade school programs are eligible.
• Previous applicants may submit new applications for up to four years of study.

Requirements

• Complete the scholarship application.
• Submit a current high school, college, or trade school transcript.
• Submit a nomination letter if the applicant does not qualify through personal or family Farm Bureau membership.
• Submit a headshot photograph.

2. 2Complete the Calhoun County Farm Bureau Scholarship application.
3. 3Gather the current academic transcript.
4. 4Obtain a nomination letter if required.
5. 5Include the requested headshot.
6. 6Submit all materials by the annual deadline.
7. 7If selected, scholarship funds are sent to the institution the recipient attends.
