(Lee) & Noretta Caldwell Education Fund provides renewable scholarships to students attending Fort Scott Community College who are pursuing careers in business, science, technology, or education. The fund supports both traditional and nontraditional students while encouraging workforce development throughout Southeast Kansas.

Eligibility

  • Attend or plan to attend Fort Scott Community College.
  • Pursue a degree in business, science, technology, or education.
  • Maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • GED recipients are eligible.
  • Preference is given to students from Labette County, Bourbon County, Neosho County USD 101, and Crawford County (excluding Pittsburg). Students from Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma are also eligible.

  • Complete the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas General Scholarship Application.
  • Submit all required supporting documentation.
