Eligibility

  • Have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • Have experienced the devastating loss of a loved one to suicide; or
  • Be a dependent or sibling of military personnel or a first responder; or
  • Be entering the mental health field.

Requirements

  • Submit an essay, poem, song, or artwork focused on mental health, suicide prevention and awareness, PTSD, or a related topic.
  • List academic achievements and community-service efforts.
  • Provide two recommendation contacts.
