  • BSC graduate with at least 50 BSC semester hours and cumulative GPA 3.5; accepted and enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program.

  • Complete graduation paperwork, application, transcript and two BSC faculty references.
  • Supply four narrative paragraphs; deadline and continuation terms require Foundation confirmation.
