Eligibility

  • Be a dependent of a Wheat Belt Public Power District customer.
  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in an undergraduate course of study.
  • Attend an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical school.

Requirements

  • Complete the scholarship application.
  • Submit a recent academic transcript.
  • College freshmen must provide additional high school academic records when necessary.
  • College freshmen must submit ACT and/or SAT scores.
  • Submit the required essay about challenges facing rural electric cooperatives and how those challenges should be addressed.
  • Complete the required applicant appraisal.
