Eligibility
- Be a dependent of a Wheat Belt Public Power District customer.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in an undergraduate course of study.
- Attend an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical school.
Requirements
- Complete the scholarship application.
- Submit a recent academic transcript.
- College freshmen must provide additional high school academic records when necessary.
- College freshmen must submit ACT and/or SAT scores.
- Submit the required essay about challenges facing rural electric cooperatives and how those challenges should be addressed.
- Complete the required applicant appraisal.
