Eligibility

  • Nonresident transfer student with cumulative transfer GPA at least 3.00, pursuing a first undergraduate degree full-time in a campus-based program.
  • Arizona resident transfers are excluded. California residents attending ASU California Center are also excluded; ASU Online is ineligible.

Requirements

  • Automatic rolling review upon admission; no separate merit form or published universal final date.
  • Four consecutive fall/spring semesters, subject to renewal. Maintain 3.00 ASU cumulative GPA and complete 30 ASU credits annually by spring; ask ASU about your initial spring-entry requirement.
  • Campus, residency, program or tuition changes may alter or cancel the award. Summer funding is excluded.
