Eligibility

  • Campus-immersion graduate degree student in good academic standing during proposed travel/event; activity directly relates to current study.
  • In-person or remote conference attendance may qualify; no award before classes start or after graduation.

Requirements

  • December 1, 2026 application cutoff at 5 p.m. Arizona time; next application link still Coming Soon.
  • No hotel, ground transport, per diem, professional certification or other excluded charges. Obtain faculty recommendation on signed ASU letterhead.
