Eligibility

  • Be an Idaho resident.
  • Be the eligible child or spouse of a qualifying Idaho military member or public safety officer.
  • Attend an eligible Idaho college or university.
  • Meet the qualifying military or public safety service requirements established by Idaho law.

Requirements

  • Complete the scholarship application.
  • Provide proof of relationship to the qualifying service member.
  • Provide military or public safety documentation.
  • Submit any residency or enrollment documentation requested.
