Eligibility

  • Live in an eligible Arkansas county or Bowie County, Texas.
  • Be a United States citizen, legal resident, or DACA recipient.
  • Be pursuing a bachelor's degree, associate degree, professional license, or eligible certificate.
  • Attend a university, community college, trade school, or vocational school.
  • Enroll in at least three credit hours in person or online.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED and not already hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
  • Have household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
  • Meet the program's marital-status, parenting-status, custody, and household requirements for single parents.

Requirements

  • Complete the online scholarship application.
  • Provide proof of marital status.
  • Submit the most recent federal tax return or other accepted proof of income.
  • Submit the FAFSA Submission Summary.
  • Provide transcripts from all required schools.
  • Upload the class schedule for the semester covered by the application.
