  2. 2Provide tribal enrollment verification, required official transcripts, financial needs analysis and endorsed program of study.
  3. 3Standing receipt deadlines are April 15 summer, July 15 fall, October 15 winter and December 15 spring, at 5 p.m. MST. Confirm the next dated term; fax submissions are not accepted.
