Eligibility

  • Legal Cochise County resident for one year OR graduated from a county high-school/homeschool/high-school equivalency program.
  • Attend another college full-time, at least12 degree/certificate-applicable credits, and have cumulative GPA2.0+.
  • Complete FAFSA; financial need is the primary selection factor.

Requirements

  • First-come funding for outside-college applicants; confirm funds remain available.
  • Provide enrollment/GPA and county graduation records as applicable; formal interview may be required.
  • Funds sent to the receiving college. A published summer exception is not a blanket part-time allowance for outside-college applicants.
