Eligibility

  • Be a Minnesota resident.
  • Be enrolled at Anoka Technical College in an eligible Workforce Development Scholarship certificate, diploma, or degree program.
  • Enroll in at least 9 credits each semester.
  • Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.
  • Only first-time attempted credits count toward the 9-credit minimum.
  • Retaken courses are not eligible toward the scholarship credit requirement.
  • Maintain enrollment and eligibility through the applicable scholarship semester.

Requirements

  • Complete the 2026-27 Workforce Development Scholarship application.
  • Enroll in an eligible certificate, diploma, or degree program.
  • Maintain enrollment in at least 9 eligible credits each semester.
  • Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.
  • Submit a new application each academic year.
  • Email the completed application to the Anoka Technical College Financial Aid Office.

How to Apply

  3. 3Download and complete the Workforce Development Scholarship application.
  4. 4Enroll in at least 9 first-attempt credits during the applicable semester.

  6. 6Apply as early as possible because scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until available funds are allocated.
