Eligibility

  • Be the child or spouse of an active duty, retired, or honorably discharged U.S. Navy Surface Force service member.
  • Meet the eligibility requirements for one or more Foundation, Endowed, or Administered scholarships.
  • Some scholarships require service aboard specific ships, commands, or organizations.
  • Some scholarships require STEM majors or other donor-specific qualifications.
  • Plan to pursue an eligible degree or certificate program in the United States.
