The ALFA Foundation Scholarship supports Alabama Farmers Federation members pursuing certificates, professional credentials, associate degrees, or bachelor's degrees at eligible Alabama colleges, universities, and technical schools. The foundation awards 100 scholarships annually to students from across Alabama.

Eligibility

  • Be a United States citizen.
  • Be a resident of Alabama.
  • Be a member of the Alabama Farmers Federation.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
  • Be a graduating high school senior or current undergraduate student.
  • Plan to attend an eligible Alabama college, university, community college, or technical school full time.
  • Pursue an eligible professional certificate, professional microcredential, professional badge, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate involvement in community service, extracurricular activities, leadership, employment, or other productive activities.

  • Complete the ALFA Foundation Scholarship application.
  • Provide academic and enrollment information.
  • Submit a transcript or other GPA documentation.
  • Verify Alabama Farmers Federation membership.
  • Provide information about community service, leadership, extracurricular activities, or employment.
  • Submit any additional documentation requested for the current application cycle.
