Alan Peterson Agricultural Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a resident of Minnesota.
• Be currently attending an accredited four-year college or university.
• Be entering the third or fourth year of undergraduate study.
• Be enrolled full-time.
• Pursue a career in an agriculture-related field of study.
• Attend college or university in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Iowa.
• There is no minimum GPA requirement.
• 4-H, FFA, agriculture-related club membership, and past or current agricultural involvement are encouraged but not required.

Requirements

• Complete the CommunityGiving online scholarship application.
• Provide information about community service, church or community activities, and volunteer experience.
• Provide information about extracurricular school activities.
• Provide work experience, including years involved and areas of leadership or participation.
• Upload an official college transcript.
• Submit the required one-page essay.

6. 6Submit the completed application by March 1.
7. 7If selected, sign the scholarship agreement and provide college information for enrollment verification.
