Eligibility

  • Be a direct lineal descendant of a CIRI original shareholder.
  • Be concurrently enrolled in high school and a recognized or accredited college, training program or postsecondary course.
  • Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.

Requirements

  • Establish descendant eligibility and obtain TCF portal access.
  • Submit the Jump Start application with current course and transcript records requested by TCF.
  • Maintain funding conditions; multiple awards may not exceed $2,000 annually.
