Eligibility

  • Be a CIRI original shareholder or lineal descendant and have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Attend an accredited institution in an associate, bachelor's, master's, doctorate or degree-prerequisite program with at least a 2.0 GPA.

Requirements

  • Establish eligibility in TCF's online portal and use the emailed access code.
  • Submit a complete application with requested transcript and class schedule; use the published attestation procedure if those documents are unavailable by the deadline.
  • Higher Education and CTE awards cannot be stacked simultaneously; funded coursework must be completed before additional funding.
  • Observe the lifetime limits: $30,000 for bachelor's/CTE/certificates and $20,000 for master's, $50,000 combined; confirm your program's remaining allowance with TCF.

How to Apply

  1. 1Register eligibility through the TCF scholarship portal.
  2. 2Complete the degree scholarship application during October 1–December 31, 2026.
  3. 3Submit required records and accept the award through the portal if selected.
