Eligibility

  • Be a graduating high school senior at the time of application.
  • Have a parent, legal guardian, or financially responsible grandparent who is a full dues-paying AFSCME member.
  • Be enrolled full time when the scholarship is awarded.
  • Attend an accredited four-year institution or a two-year institution whose credits transfer to a four-year institution.
