Offered by Maine Administrators of Services for Children with Disabilities (MADSEC)

The A. Leigh Phillips Scholarship provides financial support to a Maine graduating high school senior with a qualifying disability who plans to continue into postsecondary education. Special consideration is given to students demonstrating exceptional achievement in academics, leadership, volunteerism, extracurricular activities, or other areas of accomplishment.

Eligibility

  • Be a graduating high school senior.
