Eligibility

• Be a high school senior.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Demonstrate academic achievement.
• Demonstrate meaningful community involvement.
• Plan to attend a four-year college program.
• Graduate from an eligible public, charter, or vocational high school located in a community served by Middlesex Savings Bank.
• Meet all additional requirements published by the Middlesex Savings Charitable Foundation for the current scholarship cycle.

Requirements

• Complete the A. James Lavoie Scholarship application.
• Complete all required scholarship essays.
• Provide the academic information requested in the application.
• Provide information demonstrating financial need.
• Provide information about community involvement and service.
• Submit all supporting documentation requested in the current application.
• Submit the complete application by the published deadline.
